I have witnessed countless cases where friends and family have struggled to maintain a roof over their heads, due to not receiving the right advice when securing their mortgage. Whether it was the bank or a private lender, each had their own vested interests.
For a long time, I felt helpless, with not being able to provide sufficient support to those near and dear to me. One day, I decided that I was going to do something about it, so I went to work for a well-known brokerage, where I learned all about mortgage products.
After receiving my license in February this year, it gave me the confidence to branch out on my own and establish my brokerage. My agency also offers financial advisory services, which provides me with an edge as the two areas seem to sync perfectly together.
Homebuyers need to take a more holistic approach to money management, as the stress test is one hurdle that has made it more challenging for home seekers to secure a mortgage.
The new amendments have meant that clients have increased concerns, and read and hear a lot about the changes in the news and want to cross-check the facts. I enjoy working with inquisitive clients that ask many questions as I can update my knowledge in the process.
My consultancy services are free for the customer, as I receive a commission from the lender. It allows me to focus my efforts on providing the best possible solutions in the most cost-effective manner, which has seen my database increase significantly.
I attribute my success to working with complete honesty and transparency while providing impeccable services for clients. My vision is to uplift my local community, and I can proudly say that my integrity has contributed towards building trust and achieving this goal.
When I am not spreading happiness in the lives of others, I love to spend time with my wife and young daughters. I also enjoy partying with family and friends.
